Land-use map describes the existing purpose each plot of land serves and the location, distribution and total area of different land uses at the precinct level.
Floor space index (FSI) is an indicator of built density and expressed as the ratio of floor space (Built-up) to the plot area.

It describes the overall character of the neighborhood and focuses majorly on that character which is most prominently describing the area. The key observations on the development of land use built form of the precinct through spatial relationship diagram, built form matrix, and housing typologies. Moreover looking into the different layer of the analysis it concludes that the built form and land development of the study area that has emerged as a residential area which resulted in the growth of residential pockets. It is seen that in the last 1 years an increase in FSI resulted in redevelopment from the low rise house and mid-rise apartment to high-rise apartments.
