The studio aimed to decipher the city by understanding multiple layers of the city. The city under focus for this portfolio is Thane. The study is done at two different levels. There are certain parameters and trends that are understood at a city scale and there are a few parameters understood through the lens of a precinct. A precinct is a 1 SqKm area selected in the city The studio comprised of collecting data through various different sources and methods and making sense of the data to generate logical and meaningful outputs.
